وصف الوظيفة
Job Responsibility:
-Support customers either face-to-face (customer site), over the phone, or ticketing system for resolving issues.
-Providing technical and professional advice to clients.
-Guide customer during application implementation and provide after implementation support.
-Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- -Configuring and troubleshooting computers hardware and Software.
Job Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor's in computer science or related field.2. 1+ years’ experience as IT Support3. Have main system-admin knowledge (add, delete users and computers, OU, DNS, DHCP, File Server, etc.).4. Knowledge dealing with outlook, Printers, and MS Office.5. Have Main Networking Knowledge.6. ERP Experience is a plus.7. Males Only.
