• Responsibility:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products so that you can answer questions.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Requirements:
• Experience 1 year as a Customer Services at least.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills & familiar with telephone techniques and skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and to meet the changing demands of the work environment.
• Able to provide demonstrated verbal communication skills and to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Good Negation Skills.
• A good level of written and spoken English.
• Residents near Elharm city are preferred.
